Commissioned by a student group dedicated to increasing sustainability on the NC State University campus and in the community. A frequent obstacle in sustainability branding is getting outside of the “green” or “eco-friendly” box. This mark represents economical, ecological, and social sustainability, among others. To keep the design as organic as possible, I designed a vector graphic based on a freehand ink painting. The logo can now be found on oﬃcial NC State Stewards correspondence and marketing materials.
